How quickly is the message ready?
Processing starts after the message is received. The transcript, translation, and summary become available as processing completes; timing depends on the recording and service availability.
Can I rely on the summary for a callback number or urgent instruction?
Check the original audio and caller details first. An AI summary can omit or misread information, and a missing time or number should remain unknown until confirmed. Use your established process for urgent or sensitive messages.
How do I test the voicemail setup?
Call your incoming number from another phone, choose the intended language, and leave a short non-sensitive test message. Check the original recording, translated text, and summary in the dashboard. Verify the callback and repeat the test for each routing branch.
Where can I check billing?
Usage is measured from call duration, including both participants’ speaking time. Included plan minutes are used before prepaid minutes; additional usage is $0.30 per minute.
