TalkTool provides a real-time AI-powered translation service for phone calls. Our Service enables users to communicate across language barriers by translating spoken conversations in real-time.

Minutes-Based Billing: Our Service operates on a prepaid minutes model. You purchase translation minutes in advance, which are deducted based on your usage.
Phone Numbers: You may purchase phone numbers through our Service. These numbers are subject to monthly fees and usage charges.
Refunds: Unused minutes may be refundable at our discretion. Phone number fees are generally non-refundable.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
Phone numbers purchased through our Service are licensed for use with TalkTool only. You do not own these numbers; they are provided by our telecommunications partners.
We reserve the right to reclaim phone numbers that are unused for extended periods or used in violation of these Terms.
While we strive to provide accurate translations, our AI-powered translation service may not be perfect. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of translations. Users should not rely on our Service for situations requiring certified translation, legal proceedings, medical communications, or emergency services.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TalkTool and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from call participants for translation and any recording. Laws regarding call recording and consent vary by jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding consent and recording.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALKTOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalkTool and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
