What counts as international calling?

Any outbound call placed from your TalkTool dashboard to one of the 56 supported countries outside the US and Canada. Calls within the US and Canada are always included in your regular plan and don't need this add-on.

Do international minutes cost more?

No. Minutes to a supported country are billed from your plan's included minutes exactly like a domestic call, and additional usage is $0.30/minute, the same rate as any other call. The add-on itself is a flat $100/month per organization.

Which numbers can I call from?

Outbound international calls are placed from your TalkTool dashboard using your existing TalkTool number as the caller ID, once the add-on is active on your organization.

Can I get a foreign phone number to receive calls?

The International Calling add-on covers outbound calling to 56 countries. It does not include owning a foreign number yourself. International numbers are available on request.

How do I cancel the add-on?

Remove International Calling anytime from Dashboard → Plans.

Is Mexico included?

Yes. Mexico is one of the 56 included countries.

Which countries aren't included, and why?

Carrier rates to those destinations are currently too high; we add countries as rates allow.

Add International Calling to your plan

Usage is measured from call duration, including both participants’ speaking time. Included plan minutes are used before prepaid minutes; additional usage is $0.30 per minute. A total of 20 billable minutes costs $6 before any included allowance.
