Use the country and language calling guide to check your TalkTool number’s destination coverage and setup requirements. Once your number is active and the add-on is enabled, select that caller ID in the dashboard dialer.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as international calling?

Any outbound call placed from your TalkTool dashboard to one of the supported destinations outside the US and Canada. Calls within the US and Canada are always included in your regular plan and don't need this add-on.

Do international minutes cost more?

No. Minutes to a supported number are billed from your plan's included minutes exactly like a domestic call, and additional minutes can be purchased at $0.30/minute. You need an available minute balance to start an international call. The add-on itself is a flat $100/month per organization.

Which numbers can I call from?

Outbound international calls are placed from your TalkTool dashboard using your existing TalkTool number as the caller ID, once the add-on is active on your organization.

Can I get a foreign phone number to receive calls?

Yes. International number rental is separate from the International Calling add-on. The number catalog below lists receiving-number options, including mobile and local types. Availability, plan slots, documents, and any quoted rental charge must be confirmed before provisioning.

Can I get a local number in another country?

Choose a country and number type in the dashboard. Eligible numbers can be provisioned within your plan slots; other options require a confirmed quote or documents. A submitted request does not reserve a number or guarantee approval.

How do I cancel the add-on?

Remove International Calling anytime from Dashboard → Plans.

Is Mexico included?

Yes. Mexico is one of the supported destinations.

Which countries aren't included, and why?

Standard international destinations are enabled. Premium, satellite, special-service and carrier-restricted numbers are excluded. We verify the exact number before connecting.

Can I call Germany from my US number?

Yes. With an active International Calling add-on and available minutes, you can call regular German landlines and mobiles from your US TalkTool number. Carrier and premium-number restrictions still apply.

Usage is measured from call duration, including both participants’ speaking time. Included plan minutes are used before prepaid minutes; additional usage is $0.30 per minute. A total of 20 billable minutes costs $6 before any included allowance.
